Instrument Rental Agreement

We have an instrument rental program. If you participate, you agree to the following:

1. assumption of responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur while our instrument is in your care, including string breakage, bow breakage, reed/mouthpiece replacement needs and shall pay the cost of repair or, upon request of the music teacher, replacement. Normal "wear and tear" of the instrument itself will be covered by the school.
2. returning the rental instrument at the end of the rental period or earlier if the student ceases attendance at the school.
