Asheville Music School accounts give you and your teachers a way to utilize our platform for things such as lesson scheduling and livestreaming.

Here’s a rundown of the data we collect from you.

For your AMS Account:

• Your name
• Any family members’ names you provide
• Your email address

For summer camp registrations:

• Any information you provide in registration forms

We use this information for internal purposes (such as following up on your account status and lesson referrals and sending invoices). We only share your information with our administrative staff and teachers that you request lessons from. We do not sell or distribute your information to anyone else or any company, including web analytics companies.

You may use our platform to request lessons with teachers directly. To facilitate this, our site will email your contact information (including the phone and email address you provide us) to the teacher you request and cc our administrative staff to follow up on the referral status. We only send information to teachers you request. We do not share your information with our teachers otherwise.
